Yes. Right side on 1.1l case, left side on 0.7l case. 1.3l case I'm not sure.

Part number don't mean a single thing other than determining what case & cover you got.

hello there,
Made my swap in a W124 126, this car usually comes with a ref # 250E in europe. 20V 2500 cc N/A engine.
The diff ratio was 3.64, small case, 3 fitting points(W201 diff) and small fittings for wheel transmission.
I swap for a 2.87, big case prob the 1.3 ltr, and larger fittings for wheel transmission.
Found out the hard way, in order to perform this kind of swap 3 pieces where needed:
1- diff
2-wheel transmission
3-drive shaft

For those attempting to do the same, before u got started, confirm if the wheel transmission and the rear end of the drive shaft matches your needs.

i´m very happy with the swap, now i´m missing the correct odometer. is like 120km/h on the dash give me around 148km/h by GPS. Sad
Does anyone know how to correct that?

Regards to all,
