What do you think about Holset hx35
but is it better to go for the Dieselmeken 7.5mm or the 8mm ?

nobody have some advice? for me ?

8mm elements will give you some overhead for fueling if you wish to go for more boost/power in the future. There are mixed reviews about idle quality with bigger elements but everyone seems to think they will be fine.

Turbo,
manifold,
pump,
elements,
fitting elements,
intercooler,
ALDA,
pipework,
EGT gauge,
Boost gauge,

If you have an early 603, make sure you at least replace the head gasket before going big with boost and fuel.

IMO, 7.5mm elements will make more power than your 603 can handle.

I have an 8mm pump on my om603 idles fine, only have it about half the fuel it will flow but its there when I want more

Its an hx35 off a 2nd gen dodge cummins. I went to home depot and bought a 30psi boiler pop off valve and plumbed it into my intake, works pretty good blows off at 30 and stays between 27 & 30psi
