i bought a Sears Diehard Advanced Gold battery that performs as it should ... this battery is almost 2 inches shorter than the 300SD battery tray.
The Sears battery cost under $200 ...
Would a $400 battery last 2x as long?

You could buy 4 of my batteries of the cost of one of those. That's 2400cca for the same price...
