Camshaft - bruno_pinho - 12-19-2013

Hi

N/A Camshaft in om605 turbo yes or no?

If you mean are the camshafts interchangeable? The exhaust cam has the same part number for turbo and non-turbo. The inlet cam has a different part number for turbo and non-turbo.

Does that mean they're not interchangeable? Don't know. You have to decide that.

I refer in performance.
If really worth applying Camshaft N/A

Traditionally, N/A intake cams will have a more retarded centerline, more duration and more lift. The higher duration and lift are good but the retarded centerline could reduce power in the low and midrange. If you could adjust the timing of the intake cam, that would be good, but then you have to worry about overlap if you advance.
