Hi!

Removed from spare 603.960 engine. Noticed the bigger heat shield for the hydro mount and thought this would be a good addition to the Coupé. And then... AMwhatthehell!?

That would be an AMG part not a G part. The 603 was used on the G, but that arm wouldn't fit onto a W463 motor mount. The W463 motor mounts are a very strange breed. What isn't shown in the picture below is a u-shaped clamp that locks the circular part to the frame. This prevents the motor from leaving the vehicle no matter how badly the rubber is damaged.
