Pump timing on a om603 - Tito - 08-26-2013

Hey guys, let me quickly introduce myself. I'm Rico, 23 years, living in The Netherlands and bulding a om603 with 7mm pump and holsett hx35w. I had this project for 2.5 years now. It's coming to an end. The only thing I don't know is the pump timing. Can someone tell me what would be the best safe-power timing? I thought i could just look it up but there doesn't seem to be much info about it. Checking the timing is taking out de governer bolt, and insert the tool and check the timing marks on the crank pulley right?

Also a little question, will a full-flow oil cooler be good for the turbo? I think not right?

Thanks in advance guys Cool

Thanks Smile

Original pump timing is 14* after tdc. So I think I can do 12* right? For the little extra power and still be safe.
