I'm rebuilding a 606 for my G wagon desert racer G wagon project.
Head (100K Miles prior to dissssembly) is stripped ready to go off for porting work and I plan to replace springs and seals when I rebuild.
I'm unsure whether it is also worth full new set of valves and recutting at the same time? The valves aren't cheap, but given all the other work I am doing, perhaps it is better to be sure?
Does anyone have experience with this?

My OM602 valves were still "servicable" with 262,000 miles on them. I did replace them as they were cheap and the head was being rebuilt. But 100,000 miles i would think a valve job would be just fine for you 606.

don`t need new valves, but you need new springs

So what do you call it in finish, tried all bars but could find no spring or informations?
