I sold a few parts to a member here, a while back, and he's never paid me.
I've sent a few reminders via pm and initially, he apologized and said he'd mail the money. Now he's not replying.
I'd sure like to "reach out and touch him"!
Any suggestions?

Why would you send something w/o cash in hand? I'd suggest small claims court to make up for your inequity. I certainly would not recommend airing your dirty laundry.
