Go to the junkyard and start pulling tubing that is in good shape and buy new pods and new elements. OR -- convert to manual as much as you can. The diaphrams after 25+ years gets brittle, the check valves get leaky, the rubber cracks upon touch, and the list goes on. Even grabbing junkyard stuff is still old stuff, just maybe better shape. That tubing which is yellow with all different kinds of colored lines on it is common metric vinyl tubing. If you really want to replace the tubing, get a section and mail it off to one of the major vendors who sells vinyl tubing so they can match it. The pods, elements, et cet can be bought new. That is going to be a project and will cost a few hundred bucks, but it should last another 25+ years.

Autohausaz has the regular vinyl vac. line $ 3.80 meter. MBZ at one time had kit( Costly),$200 dollars, also had colored tubing, (now?).
Holder ends at components also get hard & leak,(cut line install rubber hose.) Never had lines go bad inside car, battery acid got most. Some times all the way to buttons . Most always spliced in new line, one at a time under right side dash. Must clean battery acid and protect new line with rubber hose over outside of lines ,seal ends of hose. Takes time, use hand vac pump on each line to ck. Very slow leaks are usually ok.
