touch up paint - Purplecomputer - 04-11-2012

so ive been having an incredibly hard time finding touch up paint that maches the color. most auto parts stores dont carry our model year and when you try to match up the color using the sticker on the bottle you either get a shade to dark or to light.

anyone know where i can get something just for my car? its the off white color not sure what its factory name is.

Go to the dealer, give them your info, and viola, you have your exact OEM paint. It is the most painless process, and you know you are getting exactly what you need.

Any auto paint supply store should be able to custom-mix a matching paint. I got mine at

Auto Paint and Industrial Supply
3323 20th St. E, Fife, WA 98424
Tel. 253-926-2620

They were able to mix up an exact match for the Nautical Blue on my '85 300D, while-I-waited. $44 for a quart can though.
