from the seller ... not bad for being a barn find ... a little scraped but nothing that cant be fixed:
a set of AMG penta 8x16 ET11
to just about perfectly refinished & powdercoated black.
When they are on the car, I'll post again.
Waiting on some H&R sport lowering springs w116 specific from Germany to arrive via the slow boat ($100 shipping vs $400 UPS quik-post).

Those are very nice looking. I like the idea of powdercoating them black.

... here the 8x16 AMG wheels are powder-coated glossy black with staggered Michelins 245s in the back ... 225 in the front:

i LOVE the improvement in ride quality that 16" tires + sport springs give ... no more bobbling up and down ...
and got the lug bolts powder-coated incredible hulk green

Have you had any issues with them rubbing? Will they turn lock to lock?

No, zip, zero, nada rubbing ... They turn l-2-l without any issues.
