I would say 474-3 is OK for both engines, but in OM605 it would spool a bit later. Ask Kalle for 38mm runners for better response (I think it's a default).

hi Anton i have one more question on your site it describes the turbos as watercooled does this mean i have to route engine coolant or can i use the oil cooling like with the original turbo?

It's recommended to use the watercooling. It greatly reduces oil clogging due to high temperature afer shutdown.
Easiest way to do this is to take the water from cabin heater's water hoses for example. I have necessary banjo bolts and push lock fittings for the turbo.
Without the water in the jacket, the air within acts as heat insulation reducing the radiation from the bearing housing surface.
