FS: Stainless Steel Custom Tank - Greazzer - 11-28-2011

I am selling my custom made SS tank for a W123. It measures 48" accross, 7" deep, and 11" high. It fits perfectly at the very rear of trunk in a W123. It has flanges for a bolt on each side to hold it in place. You still have enough room to open the door to get to your spare tire. Inside are 3 welded baffles and 8 feet of 3/4" of SS tubing used as a heat exchanger. The feed tube runs in-between the 3/4". Also attached is a bracket that holds an OEM MB fuel filter housing.

My car got totaled and it will be a while before I am burning WVO.

I can send copies of all receipts (I think I found most of them) -- over $300 -- and as many pictures as wanted.

Asking $200.00 plus whatever shipping is.

Thanks,

As noted in my other posts, here are some pictures vs. responding individually. If I do not get back to you in a few days, please contace me again. I am being slightly flooded with emails, pm's, et cet. I think I posted too much stuff to sell at once. Sorry.

Any ideas how many gallons this thing holds?

RE: FS: Stainless Steel Custom Tank - Greazzer - 11-30-2011

Yup, 48 x 7 x 11 = 16 gallons.

I would be interested if I didn't already have a 19 gallon marine tank in my trunk, which unfortunately is empty right now Sad

I'm interested, but have to budget for a trip to southern California and possibly also Nevada in January. However, if that trip becomes unnecessary, then maybe.

OK -- lots of nibbles, but not bites yet ....
