Hello, winally some story of my project on this forum also.

So i got Bmw 315 and Mercedes OM605 engine what i have dynod 550Hp single turbo and pure diesel.

Now i build engine totally new with compound turbos and NOS.
Hopefull it is better than earlier engine Smile

Engine has
ported head with bigger valves.
Special made cams
solid lifters
Own design rods (not home yet)
Pistons and head is ceramic coated
Mynä-Diesel 8mm pump
Master Power turbos
Synapse Engineering 50mm WG
ZEX Diesel nitrous kit
Fuelab trancfer pumps.
Davies Graig electric water pump

sweeeeet, jeemu good project. You have spent some time on this and a lot of hard work. Everything looks nice and tidy. What sort of racing are you going to do with this thing? Would it do a 11 sec quarter mile? maybe 10?

I loved my e21's I had an 1983 323i 5spd euro and an 1982 320i 5spd

Do you have any pics of how the second turbo hooks up to the first on the exhaust side

Hi. Bought those of our own shop. Intake valves are self made of blank

So we did CrMo pin bushing those rods and piston pin is heat fitted..
Also piston is coated all the way

Box didint fit to engine. Had to change turbine cover

Maybe that Gpio what sayed earlier, need some modifications.
Not know those alot.

Those CDI engines have some issues that need to do new, just like ewery engine if want tune it. Not that soon, but anyway sooner or later.

This new engine need just to assemble. I believe at it give 600hp easily.
If all new modifications work even half like planned Big Grin

That R6771-2 is a turbo size turbo Smile
