Changes, like a flowering rose. - winmutt - 12-30-2008

Or some crap......

Forced finally got me to admin that bbPress sucked. I couldn't admit it to myself, 40hrs of work and it was worthless. We have moved to myBB, this will hopefully be the last change ever.

Sorry for the chain yanking.

Winmutt's last backup was 12/24 so any changes made after that were lost in the switch. It was not his intent to delete it, your thread was one of a few unfortunate casualties so we could get rid of that bbPress nightmare.

It will come back. Sorry meant to answer this yesterday. I am going to move it from the ohter database just for you.

Wink Thanks! The third time around all motivation would have been lost to type any detail. The thread would have gone something like: "Hey, I'm putting an OM617 in a Volvo 245. I get weird looks from everyone I talk to about the project."

Nice new look!

I am still hunting around for a suitable theme to match the logo.

Is it just me, or do we no longer have locations in the user/post heading?

RE: Changes, like a flowering rose. - winmutt - 01-14-2009

We don't. They didn't migrate at all. I have now migrated them and they show up under your CP. Halfway there. I will make sure that whatever theme we go with will display it.

I'm a jackass. I removed som regex code for the fancy url rewrites. Corrected.

And now with a 404 google powered page.

Oops. Forgot to restart lighttpd last night. I am a shitty sysadmin.
