One full coil per inch give or take in the front. I would just start with 3 in front and 2 in rear and see where it goes?

If i haven't already cut the coils I would advise to cut one half to one coil at a time since you cant put a coil back on.

I started with 1.5 coils the first time with my w123, then cut another half off. Now I can take the fronts in and out without a spring compressor!
