Very carefully!!!!

Its got lot of little nuts inside the dash last time I did it! I had to removed the heater controls the inside of the glove box and my speedometer cluster and play contortionist for about an hour with small wrenches and sockets in some places my bare hands and determination not very easy!

with all that it might be better to just pull the entire dash out. Thats not too difficult.

Its alot harder than the w123?
On my w123 there were just little metel tabs twisted over behind the dash holding it in place..
