who else owns miatas? - JB3 - 07-21-2010

I feel like there are quite a few of us who own or have owned miatas as well as MB diesels. Kind of a weird inexplicable link between the two different types of cars.

I have a 91 version that I inherited and love, low powered and a little too cute, but what a drivers car! Its just so much fun to drive, I need to get it running again for this season.

I had a 1994 1.8 with a supercharger on it! it was a blast!

but we traded it in on a 2005 Lotus Elise with a turbo kit

Wow. Id say you had your way with that car! Big Grin I think you should drive that car to the yearly miata convention out in CA.

Nice rims, do you intend to part it out?

heres mine- not as much character

I'd drive it to that convention in a second with my dirt bike helmet on and be like 'what up!!!' then those guys would probly beat me lol

My intentions include either getting it running, parting out, or sending it to the junk yard.

Too bad it doesn't make enough power to really spin paddles... they would have to be super small or something like this:

how about a 300hp V8 with only adds less than 200 lbs to the middle of the tiny miata chassis?

These guys make some really interesting miata products.

Yup! That would do the trick!
