Rally - garage - 04-21-2010
Anyone here rally there Benz? I know we have all seen kamel's picture of his airborne W123.
I would think there might be more intrest of that kind of event within this community...or should i say following?
I checked the SCCA website and im out of luck because they have no events in California for 2010.
I ocasionally take my 240 out to old dirt/gravel roads, or atv trails and get sidways in the dirt, and hit the bumps maybe a little faster than i should.
It seems like these cars can take everything you throw at them and then some more.
Anyone else interested in this kind of fun?!

I used to have that kind of fun running all over Oklahoma's dirt roads.
That was back before I knew better.

Neither of my cars could do it. The 240 is my winter warrior / long-distance cruiser and the 300 is my "nice" summer fun car.
If I were to dedicate a car for rally, I'd probably use a 190D 2.5 and supercharge the piss out of it.

I guess we just gotta be careful as best we can and prepare for unexpected situations!
