Did the box dump towards the cab?

theoretically yes. It had a central ram and 4 locking pins on the corners. It could dump to either side or the back by disengaging any two locking pins. You could do the same for the front. Maybe if you wanted to turn the bed into a airfoil for high speed?

Just don't forget to remove the pins right??? that would suck huh! sweet ride I want one!!!

What powers that beast? What transmission does it have?

I think it was a straight 6 CRD and some insane manual transmission with a crazy paddle shifter and LOTs of gears. Im sorry i can't be more exact, it was a couple of years ago I bombed around it it. Probably the info is somewhere on the web.
