What is this subcompact classic? Doesn't quite look like a Morris Minor to me.

Its at Western Auto Recycling. I don't know if its for sale, but they would have to be stupid to put something so rare and in decent shape in a pick-n-pull yard. Well, they did put a nice fintail W110 and a rare turbo V6 triumph in the yard...
