W126 not sitting level
1991 350 SDL

right front is 1/2 higher then left front and this is also causing the right rear to sit higher then the left rear.

if I push down on the right front of the front bumper 1/2 inch
the car sits level front and rear.

here is what I have done so far:

pulled both rear springs out and removed rear shocks
both rear springs (out of the car) are exactly the same length
re-installed rear springs without installing rear shocks
(re-used same thickness spring pad both sides)

rolled/bounced car back and forth to settle suspension in.

removed front wheels and lowered car to normal ride height in the front
while balanced on a floor jack in the center of the cross-member

rear of car sits level.

replaced rear shocks with new units

removed front springs, and both front shocks.
front springs measure the exact same (out of the car)
(re-used same thickness pad both sides)
re-installed front springs with new shocks

no change from original:
right front 1/2 higher then left front
and forcing the rear to sit uneven
( low on left side )

swapping rear springs R->L and L<-R
has had no effect.

I have not yet done this swap with the front

car drives beautifully, and although I have not had it aligned
does not pull or track weird.
upper control arms are new and all rubber in lower control arms in good shape.

I suppose something could be bent.. but what ?

spring sag ? After I swap the front springs around I will know for sure

anyone seen anything like this ?
