Junk yard find
Found this at Pick-a-Part today, it was fully charged and mounted on the drivers seat. Those bastards wouldn't sell it to me, liabilty, bull$hit. They did give me the first aid kit for free though. I also found some kind of guide book in German, not sure what it is.

Did you at least get the bracket it attaches to?

You could always stuff it in your pants....

I was pissed and didn't even think about the bracket until I left, and then it was too late, damn!

Sir, Is that a fire extinguisher in your pants or are you just happy to see me? Big Grin

How about this 87 300SDL, think it will straighten out? Another cool MB feature, all 4 doors open like nothing happened.

Too bad the tranny, injection pump, turbo and injectors were gone, that would have made a great superturbo donor engine!

I love accident cars, the engine was running at least well enough to drive around.

Unfortunately I don't have a garage to work on a long-term or engine swap project.
