Very carefully!!!!

Its got lot of little nuts inside the dash last time I did it! I had to removed the heater controls the inside of the glove box and my speedometer cluster and play contortionist for about an hour with small wrenches and sockets in some places my bare hands and determination not very easy!

with all that it might be better to just pull the entire dash out. Thats not too difficult.
